Policies

🗓 Billing & Scheduling

  • Lessons are billed monthly at the end of each month for the following month. This reserves your lesson day, time, coach, and horse.

  • Regular-priced lessons require a monthly commitment of one lesson per week:

    • $65 per group lesson

    • $80 per private lesson

  • If you prefer not to commit monthly, you may book individual lessons for an additional $25 upcharge per lesson (subject to availability).

  • We run year-round, rain or shine. Lessons may include groundwork, horsemanship, or barrel/mechanical horse practice during extreme weather.

🔁 Make-Up Lessons

If 24 hours notice is given (no exceptions), we offer the following make-up options:

A. One missed riding lesson per month can be rescheduled in a designated make-up slot:

  • Sundays at 11:15am or Thursdays (times vary)

  • Group format, max 4 riders; horse/coach may differ

B. Any number of missed lessons in a month (with notice) may be exchanged for:

  • A vaulting class

  • A horsemanship class

  • A fall safety workshop

Note: Only one missed lesson per month may be replaced with a riding lesson.

Vaulting students may attend a monthly make-up class held on a Thursday evening (specific date and time announced each month).

Make-up lessons must be booked through the office and used within 4 weeks.

We cannot guarantee your regular time slot will be held during extended absences, due to high demand and our waitlist.

Late Arrival

  • Lessons start on time. Riders arriving 15+ minutes late will forfeit their lesson

  • 💳 Payments

  • We accept cash or eTransfer.

  • Payment must be received before the first lesson of the month.
Please check your invoice reminders to avoid disruption.

  • Fitted athletic clothing (no oversized hoodies)
