Riding:
- Competition sized covered arena with lighting and sand footing, harrowed daily
- 20x40m indoor arena with GGT footing
- Seasonal outdoor arena, with plans for an all weather large outdoor for 2024
- Seasonal grass arena
- Access to the Dyke and hours of trails for hacking off property

Turn out:
Our main concern at other boarding facilities is small turn out spaces or not enough time outside vs stalled – so our goal was to create a variety of turn out options to best suit the individual horse
- Brand new paddocks/footing/drainage/fencing 2023 & full dedication to maintaining their mud free status
- In-and-out style stall and paddock
- Daily turnout to large paddock and stalled at night 8am-7pm
- 24/7 turnout with shelter and bedding
- Seasonal field turnout in small groups (6 large fields total)

Feeding:
We offer an individualized feeding program to suit each horse. An appropriate amount of grain, soaked alfalfa cubes, local and timothy hay will be divided into four feedings.
Hard keepers who require significantly more than average may have an additional fee.
- Variety of grain options (complete feeds, senior feeds, high fat, etc)
- Four feedings a day of hay & two feedings of grain + any medications
- Additional supplements provided by owner in baggies will be added to grain if needed
- Water in paddocks & stalls cleaned daily
- We have all our horses on a worming schedule and encourage borders to follow the same to keep a safe environment for all horses

- Bathroom, heated tack room, office, and lounge area
- Hot & cold water wash rack & amp; numerous cross ties
- Freshly power washed, stained, and painted interior (2023)
- Trailer parking available
- Vet & farrier coordination if desired
